Terms
The agreement between you and Tetros for using the platform — and your responsibility to message only people who said yes.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between Tetros and the business or person that creates a Tetros account or uses tetros.ai (“you”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.
Tetros is a business-to-business service. You confirm you are using it for business purposes and, if you act for an organization, that you are authorized to bind it.
Tetros is a consent-native, WhatsApp-first conversational-commerce platform. It helps you hold AI-assisted conversations with audiences you are already permitted to reach, qualify intent, and suppress messages that should not be sent.
We improve the service continuously and may add, change, or remove features. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid term without notice.
You are responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and all activity under it. Give accurate information and keep it current. You must be legally able to enter this contract and not barred from the service under applicable law or platform policy.
You are the controller of the contact data you bring to Tetros. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and valid, specific consent for every contact and phone number you message, and for honoring opt-outs.
You will comply with all applicable law and platform policy, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, A2P 10DLC and CTIA messaging rules, the TCPA, and privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA.
Tetros gives you tools to send responsibly — a consent ledger, suppression, quiet hours, and approval workflows — but the obligation to send lawfully is yours. You will not use Tetros to message people who have not opted in, or to send content that violates the law or platform policy.
You will not, and will not let anyone else:
Paid plans and usage-based charges are described at tetros.ai/pricing. You authorize us to charge the fees for your plan and your usage — for example, per-conversation charges. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility.
We may change pricing on prospective notice; a change does not affect the current paid term. Late or failed payments may lead to suspension.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these Terms; it sets out our roles, security measures, sub-processors, and our assistance with data-subject requests.
Tetros owns the service and all related intellectual property, including improvements. You own your data and your content, and you grant us the limited license we need to operate the service for you. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service with no obligation to you.
The service relies on third parties — notably Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and SMS carriers. Your use of those channels is also subject to their terms and policies, and their availability and rules are outside our control.
We work to keep the service available and secure and provide support according to your plan; higher tiers may include a defined service-level commitment. We may perform maintenance, and we may suspend the service where needed to protect it, our users, or to comply with the law.
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions are accurate — you remain responsible for what you send.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will defend and indemnify Tetros against claims arising from your content, your contacts and the messages you send, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the law or platform policy — including any claim that you messaged someone without valid consent.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the service. Either party may end the agreement as described in your plan. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use.
On termination your right to use the service stops. We will make your data available for export for a limited period, then delete it in line with our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction — unless mandatory local law gives you other rights. We will always try to resolve a dispute informally first; reach us at [email protected].
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted here with its “Last updated” date, and for material changes we give notice through the product or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
